Feature: Standard Urethane Shapes

This month our feature is on cast urethane shapes.

These come in sheets, tubes, rods and bars. Our shapes are extremely tough, durable and of the best quality, and last 10 to 20 times longer than other plastic or rubber shapes on the market. For instance, in some of the harshest conditions, urethane outlasts hardened steel five-to-one every time.

We start with only the best raw urethane materials to create stock shapes. Our ISO 9001:2008 certification ensures your parts and products are quality controlled, manufactured to high tolerances.

Harkness offers “as-is” stock shapes or we can fabricate shapes into any array of configurations with machining, grinding, turning, water jet cutting and other industry techniques. Not to mention, these urethane shapes can also be bonded to certain metals, fabrics, plastics and other urethane parts if necessary.

We have many shapes in stock available in a variety of sizes in both natural and black colors, we can also create custom shapes in various colors upon special request.
